Utility carports come with a 5 ft storage area (5 ft by the with of unit) Storage area is included in the overall length. Unit includes a 3 ft walk thru door. Set on 6 ft legs (makes side-walls aprox. 1 ft taller.) You can make storage deeper in 5 ft increments. Add $100 for each additional 5 ft. Example 12X26 with 10 ft would total $2195. This is figured with 14 gauge metal. 12 gauge is available at an extra charge.
