The 10% up front money that is taken at time of ordering is non-refundable after order is placed, with the exception that the company that is doing the installation can not get product delivered in a reasonable time frame. If the normal time is 3 to 5 weeks, then a reasonable time would be 8 weeks. You must be sure that you want a structure before one is ordered. Any questions on the building after installed should be directed to the Company yard that installed it. |
