You can add a roll-up door on a side for $100 extra plus price of door. When doing a roll-up door on side, leg height needs to be 1 ft taller than door.  Units with 12 gauge tubing comes with a limited 10 year warranty, 14 gauge comes with none.
You can figure any size of an enclosure with this page. Prices do not reflect certification. Buildings can be certified on an individual basis. Our reps can explain what's involved in certifying a structure. For ease, print out this page. These prices are good for
Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey, and Delaware. Prices include installation.
On a "Boxed Eve type" add $200 for buildings up to 26 ft long still using horizontal metal  plus $200 for vertical metal. Add $400 for over 26 ft long.  Any modifications to a unit carries an additional charge, normally $100. All prices have to be approved by install yard. Note. All 12 gauge units come with 6 ft as standard legs, on regular style the wall height will be about 1 ft taller where-as on the boxed eve or a-frame it will be the actual height.

We are a franchised dealer for T-N-T using the internet to sell buildings and carports. We have simplified the process and made it simple to purchase a metal structure. Taxes are applicable on all buildings and carports. Use the tax rate in your area. Buildings can be certified and are done so on a state by state basis. This does add to the total price of a structure. . If set on ground, or anything other than concrete, this Dealer recommends using a concrete peer system to add to what T-N-T does on their anchoring system. They use rebar-stakes through the tubing into the ground. This is sufficient in most cases. It depends on your soil type and surrounding area. We also recommend "Mobile home" anchors as another way to make unit more stable. Our reps can explain a concrete pier system to you. In other states, we use multiple companies to sell buildings and carports . Snow load varies from state to state and can be constructed to sustain 50 pounds per sq ft. Wind rating is normally over 90 mph however this is no guarantee. Certified units can achieve wind ratings up to 120 MPH. Our legs are 4 ft on center on 12 wide through 24 wide units. On triple-wides, they are 3 ft on center..
